Returns Policy

In the following please read Fingertens Pty Ltd wherever it says Fingertens.

The Fingertens returns policy reflects our obligation under Australian Consumer Law, and in many cases are additional to our obligation under Australian Consumer Law 
If you wish to return a product, contact us either by

2. Fax to 1300 855 274
3. email to admin@fingertens.com.au

Please quote the invoice number of the Australian Tax Invoice supplied with the goods in your communication.

Full refunds are available for any reason, provided that 
1. The refund request is made within a reasonable time period, and
2. The product is returned to us unopened in the original container.

Partial refunds are available, provided that
1. The refund request is made within a reasonable time period, and
2. The remaining product is returned to us in the original container, and
3. The product is unsuitable for the purpose it was bought and its performance is inconstant with promotional material.

In either case Fingertens will arrange our freight provider to pick up the goods. 
The cost of return freight will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the event that the goods supplied to you are NOT the goods ordered by you, Fingertens will exchange these goods using Fingertens freight providers. In this case all freight costs related to this exchange will be borne by Fingertens.

In the event that the goods supplied to you were short delivered, or were damaged in transit, Fingertens will exchange or replace these goods using Fingertens freight providers. In this case all freight costs related to this exchange or replacement will be borne by Fingertens.
